Please understand that we are a small business and keeping someone in the office to take your calls 24 hour a day would be nice, but we can only do it for a limited number of hours a day.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter, we see customer service as a top priority.

We are a family owned retail small business, affectionately called a Mom and Pop and the name of our enterprise is "BBMoon".  Our goal is to offer you the finest distinctive items at or below their suggested retail price. 

Currently we do not have an offline catalog; we do all of our transactions over the internet or through the mail as discussed below.

B.B.Moon respects the privacy of our customers. We keep our customer information private. We will not share your personally identifiable information, and we will not disclose any of this personal information to any third party unless required by law to do so.

For each visitor to the website, the web server automatically recognizes and stores information, such as the visitor IP address and domain name. We use "cookies." Cookies are small files placed on a visitor's hard drive that assist us in providing products and services to our customers. Cookies are required for the site to function properly. We will ask you to provide personal information on our website shopping cart when you choose to buy a product or service. This information may include your name, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, all of which are necessary to the ordering of products/services on this site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, your personal information may be disclosed in the normal scope of business of providing goods and services to customers, including but not limited to law enforcement authorities. In the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your personal information and private communications will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the website. We take measures to safeguard your personal information and to prevent unauthorized access to that information in its internal procedures and technology. Secure Ordering Protecting your order information is our first concern. Our site makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

If you wish to order more than we have in stock email us and we will give you the approximate time to receive that quantity. Large Corporate orders will need to be negotiated, please email an idea of what you want and we will prepare a quote for you.

Despite our best efforts we infrequently will have an error in our inventory levels.  If there is not enough items in stock to fill your order we will contact you to see if you want to cancel the order.  We will only back order with your email consent.

APO and FPO Addresses: (top)

We do ship to military addresses but tracking may be unavailable even with priority mail. Please see our guarantee policy for orders without tracking numbers.

Online we accept all major credit cards online. If you wish to mail in an order please note that we will not accept checks.

Mailing Money Orders and Checks: (top)

We do not accept checks or mailed in orders of any type.

Paypal: (top)

Our website does not accept Paypal, if you want to make payment via Paypal contact us via email and we will send you a payment request through Paypal. This is currently the only payment method we use for orders outside USA.

Orders Outside the USA: (top)

Send us your order via email please include your email address on file at PayPal. Our website will not accept international orders.

We use PayPal exclusively for all orders outside the United States, if you don't already have a PayPal account you can use this link to sign up for one -  PayPal  - Once you have your account send us your order via email and we will calculate the shipping and handling charges and notify you of the amount to send via a PayPal request for payment.  Not all countries are covered by PayPal, see their website to see if you can use this service.

International shipping cost will be the actual shipping cost plus a handling fee of $2 to cover the cost of processing the customs form. We will automatically choose a low cost shipping option unless you request a special service.

Gift Wrap: (top)

There will be no packing slip, but we will tape a copy of the ship to address inside the shipping box in case the address on the shipping label gets damaged.

If you have special instructions for gift wrap, please include those when you check out, and we will try to accommodate them.

Gift Message: (top)

If you don't want to pay for the gift wrap you can still have a message on the packing slip.  Enter your message in the "Gift Message" box during check out and that message will be displayed on the packing slip.  If you pay for Gift Wrap then that message will be placed on a card and attached to the present.

Our Guarantee: (top)

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item send it back to us and we will replace it immediately upon our receipt of the item if in stock, if not in stock we will expedite a replacement from our supplier, if it is no longer available we'll refund the cost of the item. We will also refund return shipping costs, up to the original cost of shipping the item to you.

All claims must initiated within 30 days from the date you actually receive the item per the shipping tracking number.  To start a claim email us, the date on that email will be the start date.  After you email us we will create a ATR (internal tracking number) that needs to be written on the outside of the return, that ATR number will be valid for 30 days from date it is issued. 

Please email us for the ATR number, the returns address will be included when we issue the ATR number.

If the shippers tracking number shows the item has been delivered, claims for lost shipments will be based on whether or not we shipped to the address as given.

If our shipping service cannot verify your address we will contact you to verify the given address. If you authorize us ship to the unverifiable address you agree that no claims due to loss will be made.

All items returned must be in "New Condition".

There will be a 10% return fee, or $2.00 - whichever is greater

All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you actually receive the item per the shipping tracking number.   Please email us before you send your return and we will assign you an "ATR" number that must be marked on the outside of the returned item, that ATR number will be valid for 30 days from date it is issued. All shipping costs and gift wrap costs, are not refundable,

Exchanges: (top)

We will accept exchanges for women's clothing that has multiple sizes.  The item(s) must be in "new condition".

To perform an exchange contact us via email within seven days of receiving the item to allow us to pull the desired size from stock and hold it for you. 

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size if available, or for any women's clothing item if not available. 

All additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

We will assign an ATE number to mark on the outside of your return, it will be valid for 30 days

We reserve the right to cancel any order and will notify you promptly if that happens.

Address Tips: (top)

Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.

Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.

Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields so we can ship your items in a timely fashion,
